Demisas pushes the standards for iron casting production in the global market since 1974 and is now one of the leading companies in European foundry industry with production facilities  located on over 130.000 sq m area in Bilecik and  the new management center located at Istanbul.

According to its growth strategy Demisas started to invest from 1990s and reached an annual capacity of more than 80.000 tons. As milestones of its growth challenges, Demisas started to produce refrigerator compressor parts in 1989,  automotive parts  in 1994, since 2001 highly sophisticated security brake parts and finally in 2010 heavy vehicle brake parts.

In addition to the production of casting parts with the most advanced technologies, Demisas creates added value to its customer by supplying machined parts.

Today, Demisas is the first and unique European foundry entitled to Award for Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment by JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance).

Demisas production success story begins with design of the parts and verification by making use of various simulation processes.

According to these results and customer requests, all serial and prototype toolings are manufactured in-house via CAD-CAM.

Not only the tooling and pattern equipments but also all production facilities are maintained according to the TPM principles.
